Kenya Wildlife Safari – Big Five & Maasai Cultural Expedition

Depart early for Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingo populations and rhino sightings. Enjoy your first game drive through the park’s scenic landscapes, watching for lions, leopards, buffalo and rare black and white rhinos.

Travel to Lake Naivasha where a guided boat trip reveals hippos, giraffes, zebras and abundant birdlife along the lakeshore. In the afternoon you’ll have free time for optional activities.

Enjoy an included boat cruise or optional walk through the Crater Lake Sanctuary, or choose to cycle around Hell’s Gate National Park for a close look at wildlife and geological scenery.

Head to the Loita Hills to visit a Maasai village. Engage in cultural talks, learn traditional spear-throwing, and gain insight into daily life from community elders. Share a traditional cooking class and dinner under starlit skies.

Journey to the legendary Maasai Mara. Embark on thrilling 4×4 game drives in this expansive reserve, known for its large carnivores, elephants, giraffes, zebras and antelope herds.

Spend a full day exploring the Mara’s diverse habitats with morning and afternoon game drives. With luck you’ll catch sightings of predator-prey action and migrate plains game (seasonal).

Return to Nairobi after breakfast. The tour concludes upon arrival late morning or early afternoon, allowing onward travel or flights after 6 pm.
